Ideal Resources is Australia’s leading educational digital content provider. Founded is 2004, we were the first company in Australia to see the importance of quality resources for teachers to use with interactive whiteboards.

All our resources are produced by creative genius Mark Cogan, an ex-teacher with several years’ classroom experience and a special interest in Mathematics and the use of interactive whiteboards.

As a company we continue to respond to the needs of the pupil, teacher, and emerging technology in schools. In 2010 we launched ideal-Online, an online browser based Learning Management System that incorporates all of our 600 interactive activities.

Our offices are based in Bilgola a suburb on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. The name "Bilgola" is derived from an Aboriginal term Belgoula meaning "swirling waters" . Bilgola belongs to the most northerly part of the Northern Beaches, commonly known as Pittwater.

Pittwater is renowned for its range of water-based activities such as yachting, surfing, snorkelling and fishing and for its magnificent scenery which draws tourists from all over the world.
